Our Work
What We Do
Our work is grounded in community, participation, and long‑term investment. While we do not publish internal strategy or data, our public‑facing efforts fall into five core areas:
1. Community Engagement
We partner with local organizations, attend community events, and support efforts that strengthen civic life across TX‑05. Our goal is to help residents feel connected, informed, and empowered.
2. Voter Access & Education
We provide nonpartisan information about voting processes, deadlines, and resources. Many residents — especially new movers — simply need clear, accessible guidance on how to participate.
3. New Resident Outreach
TX‑05 is one of the fastest‑growing regions in Texas. We welcome new community members, connect them with local resources, and help them understand how to engage in civic life.
4. Leadership Development
We identify and support emerging community leaders who reflect the future of TX‑05. This includes volunteer training, community partnerships, and preparing future organizers and SDEC members.
5. Long‑Term Civic Infrastructure
Our work is year‑round, not election‑season. We focus on building sustainable networks, consistent engagement, and community‑driven organizing that will last for years to come.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
